* Please note: Although our prices are listed in US dollars, we currently accept Canadian dollars at par for purchases from our Canadian-based customers.
- Cash or money order (for in-person shopping or at Corset Party) - Credit card or bank transfer via PayPal International Orders: We do accept international orders upon full payment of item and shipping/handling fee. Please feel free to consult us regarding what the S/H fee for your order would be to your location, as Canada Post rates rely both on weight and package dimensions. You are responsible for all appropriate related fees that may occur (customs, duties, etc.). Shipment to certain countries may incur non-optional package insurance, due to a history of unreliable shipping and/or lost packages. Please contact us for more details. Shipping & Handling: Shipping and handling fees cannot be refunded under any circumstances. If you need to exchange an item, you will be responsible for the return shipment costs, as well as any related fees (customs, insurance, etc.) Please consult our shopping policies (below) for more details. We offer a 15 day return satisfaction guarantee. You may exchange your product for a different size or model, or a credit note towards your future purchases. We regret that we are unable to issue any refunds for shipping charges (either to a client, or as a return/exchange) regardless of the circumstances.
Exchanges or store credit cannot be issued on corsets that have been created to a client's specifications (such as custom-tailoring or other options or alterations). We also cannot be held responsible for inaccurate measurements submitted by the customer. Please measure carefully and accurately.
• All items sold as demo models, discontinued, final closeout, or clearance are non-refundable. • Please do not wear lotions, perfumes, powders, or deodorants when trying on your items. Please ensure that you treat all items with care and respect (no exposure to pets, smoking, putting them on the floor, etc.). Due to the personal nature of corsets, we reserve the right to refuse the return or refund of an item under any of the following circumstances: • Items that have any pet hair or dander on them. • Garments with stains, deodorant marks, powders, or any other form of marks on them. • Items that have been worn for any period of time, other than for trying on for size and fit. • Any garments that smell of perfume, body odour, detergent, smoke, or any other scents. • Items that have been washed or sprayed with odour remover. • Any items with boning that have been bent, folded, or otherwise misshapen.
For Authorized Product Exchanges: • Items must be authorized for exchange within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us via email for details on how to proceed and to see if the desired replacement item/size is available and in stock. • Under certain circumstances, an item can be exchanged for a different colour, size, or style in the prêt-à-porter range of sizes and models. Custom items are final sales and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. • Items to be exchanged will be sent out within 10 days if available in stock; otherwise we will notify you of any delays due to availability. • For an item exchange, you must contact us and arrange to ship it back before the 15th day after you received it. (Package must show postmark of maximum 14 days later) • You are responsible for all additional shipping charges. (Example: If sending an item back for exchange, you must pay for both the shipping back to us, as well as the S/H fees to send the new item back to you.) • When returning, if at all possible, use the original packing box for secure and safe return. If not possible, please make sure that the item is packed in a sturdy package, to ensure that its shape is not compromised during shipping. Any items that are returned bent, folded boning, misshapen, or otherwise damaged due to the manner in which they were shipped, will not be accepted for a return/exchange.
